2.) OUR GUESTS CALL 309-221-4934 AND LET US KNOW WHEN THEY WILL CHECK IN ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL. NO RESERVATIONS CAN BE MADE ON THIS PHONE NUMBER
3.) Unlike a hotel, our office is not staffed seven days a week, nor is it staffed around the clock

Confirmation
Your credit card information is required to guarantee the reservation. Or you may pay a one night stay in advance. The balance is due on arrival. Mastercard, Visa, Check or Cash are accepted.

Cancellations
Inselhaus does not operate like a hotel. We have a small number of rooms and need as much notice as possible if you must cancel your reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone or email to avoid a charge for the full amount of the reservation. Whole house cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance to avoid a charge for the full amount of the reservation. Call or email Dorothee for more information.
